The Tackling Loneliness Workshop is a free workshop for professionals; volunteers; and community leaders who work within the London Borough of Bromley. Attendees will be trained by the Principal Loneliness Champion; working for the Local Authority; who is an expert in this area. During the workshop; attendees will learn what loneliness is; when it may occur as well as how it impacts individuals and society in the UK. The workshop also touches on starting a meaningful conversation with an induvial about loneliness and finishes with attendees finding out about specific resources in Bromley for attendees to signpost to individuals who may be experiencing loneliness and social isolation.
