Marie Curies 2023 Research Conference brings together thought leaders and key professionals from across research; policy and health and social care to share the latest evidence and innovation in palliative and end of life care. The week will cover Marie Curies key research; policy and public affairs priorities: out of hours care; financial insecurity at the end of life; support for everyone affected by death; dying and bereavement; inequity in palliative and end of life care; and physical and mental health and wellbeing at the end of life. As well as sessions on PPI; digital interventions; dementia; motor neurone disease.
We provide frontline nursing and hospice care, a free support line and a wealth of information and support on all aspects of dying, death and bereavement. Marie Curie Nurses work on the front line, night and day, in people’s homes across the UK, providing hands-on care and vital emotional support.
Our nine hospices offer the reassurance of specialist care and support, in a friendly, welcoming environment, for people living with a terminal illness and their loved ones around the UK.
