Act for Change is an independent charity which supports children, young people, families and communities to overcome trauma and adversity, and thrive.
We offer counselling and mentoring to children and young people aged 11-18; we provide training, run community leadership programmes and facilitate open forums.
In our systemic approach, we not only address individual’s concerns, but also aim to enhance the critical environmental conditions in family, school and community for more sustainable outcomes.
Our everyday mission is to assist young people to engage with the future with confidence and a sense of empowerment, and to strengthen their emotional health and wellbeing.
