About the CPD course
A three-hour integrated workshop on safe handling; washing and shrouding of the deceased in the Muslim faith tradition with a focus on infection control in the wake of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The course content focuses on real case studies; theory presentation; live demonstrations of washing and shrouding and group practice with a hands-on approach to teaching. Delegates also learn about safe removal and disposal of hospital paraphernalia. All students receive a certificate of attendance and competency in the skillsets aforementioned.
