About the CPD course
This training has been developed to provide an awareness and understanding of everyday challenges of living with sensory processing difficulties and surrounding issues for staff working to support children; young people and families. It will be co-delivered with a parent of a child with sensory processing difficulties. Understanding what is required to and to support the needs of those in their care is fundamental for successful positive outcomes for children with SPD. All learners will gain new; effective resources; skills and tools to effectively support their clients. We aim to meet differing learning styles to ensure effective learning.
ADDvanced Solutions is a leading provider of learning, coaching and mentoring programmes specialising in neurodevelopmental conditions and specific learning difficulties for professionals supporting families impacted by these conditions. We also develop and deliver person-centred consultancy services. Our training and consultancy support is designed to enable professionals to better support the emotional health and wellbeing of children, young people and families with neurodiversity needs, specific learning difficulties and associated mental health needs, whilst improving social and educational outcomes for children and young people.
We also offer learning focused on eating, toileting and sleeping difficulties and associated mental health needs.
