About the CPD course
2024 is proving to be one of the busiest years for changes to employment law for some time. In January this year there were changes to calculating holiday pay; and changes to discrimination legislation. This April; the rules relating to flexible working will change; and Carer’s Leave will be introduced. In the Autumn; employers will become responsible for taking reasonable steps to stopping sexual harassment….and that is not all the changes. All managers need to be aware of the changes. In this workshop; we will explain what you need to know and how to comply with new legislation.
