It is realised more than ever; that it is vital for all food businesses to understand how to best provide the allergen information required by law; and how to implement robust procedures to safeguard their customers and their business. The training is in person via an online platform; it is informative and interactive; making it easier to understand what ‘best practice’ looks like; and get answers to questions that can prevent progress if the entire process appears too complicated to deal with.
