Strategies are developed that enable you to focus on what matters most at work and at home through evaluation of current lives and priorities; and achievement of a fulfilling balance. A workable plan is established with methods to self-assess regularly. This interactive workshop will help you to identify what is working well and identify real and perceived hurdles in achieving equilibrium and harmony in work life balance. You learn new planning; prioritising and assertiveness skills to allow more efficiency and effectiveness; whilst having fun.
