About the CPD course

Techniques on how to work effectively in a matrix environment and utilise the internal and external network will be covered in this interactive workshop. The MBTI and Insights profiling tools will be utilised so you gain a deeper understanding of your own preferences for communication and decision-making. They will become acutely aware of your strengths and weaknesses as an individual and as a team. You will need to complete Stakeholder Proformas as part of your pre-work which describe the observable behaviours of individuals you would benefit from having better working relationships with in order to be successful. We bring actors trained in the Pharmaceutical industry to play the part of the stakeholders. The difficult conversations are practised in front of colleagues for feedback and filmed for 1:1 coaching. Different influencing techniques will also be practised and you will be given coaching feedback by an NLP qualified Performance Coach.
