About the CPD course

This is an extensive subject; however within this taster session; the core pre-suppositions of NLP are clearly outlined and applied to real life situations. You will develop greater self-awareness through exploration of the relationship between mindset; choices and experiences; and how you are able to positively influence your own patterns of mental and emotional behaviour. This intensive; interactive workshop provides a taster of NLP and its value underpinning excellence in interpersonal communication. Through NLP facilitation; you will work closely with others in group exercises; finding ways to connect better; understand behaviours and identify methods to find solutions in personal and work challenges.
