If you want to be authentic; your voice; body and words all need to be working together; it's about being congruent. The wrong message can be established if body language does not match a verbal message. First impressions are on average made within 4 seconds; so what first impression are you giving and how does it affect the relationships you build with your colleagues? This masterclass will give insight into the importance of your body language and tonality and an awareness of how to read others.
