Strategic Thinking for Medics

Strategy is a diverse subject; we know the importance of Medical Affairs professionals understanding strategy planning process in their organisation. During this masterclass we will concentrate on gaining understanding of what strategy is; facilitating good quality discussions on how medics can add value to that process and how to enhance cross-functional relationships with commercial colleagues. According to a recent “The Economist” article; “nobody knows what strategy is” but by the end of this interactive session; you will have a much clearer idea. You will also understand the core questions that strategy asks and look at the links from strategy to insight to tactic. The session will be informative but methodical to ensure you leave with a better understanding of how to engage proactively and more confidently with their colleagues. The presentation will include interaction from the MSLs to bring it to life in a practical; memorable and fun way.
