About the CPD course
A Train The Trainers (TTT) course is a training program that equips participants with the skills and knowledge they need to train others. TTT courses are typically designed for individuals who are interested in becoming trainers; or who are already trainers and want to improve their skills. Aims of a TTT course: To provide participants with the skills and knowledge they need to design; deliver; and evaluate effective training programs. To develop participants' ability to facilitate learning and create a positive learning environment. To help participants become more confident and effective trainers.
