About the CPD course

The training is designed for members of staff who liaise with those who may be from within the Armed Forces Community enabling them to become more Armed Forces; veteran; their immediate family or carer focused. This is based on the 1 day course offered by the Armed Forces Network but has been shortened and adapted for Surrey and Hampshire County Councils to enable them to meet their responsibilities under the Armed Forces Covenant.

Armed Forces Networks: Sussex and Kent & Medway

Armed Forces Networks: Sussex and Kent & Medway is a multi-organisational group which includes members from the NHS, MoD, Armed Forces Reservists, Mental and Physical Health Clinicians, the Royal British Legion, SSAFA and other interested charities and organisations from across Sussex (i.e. police and local authorities). The members work together to improve the lives of the armed forces community.
