About the CPD course
This training will provide the knowledge and evidence base to understand the reasons that people with a learning disability have an increased risk of respiratory disease. It will also equip the learner with the clinical tools and digital resources to help understand how to address these risks. The training modules will walk through the Keeping My Chest Healthy respiratory pathway process and will demonstrate how to produce an MDT Keeping My Chest Healthy digital care plan.
We provide mental health, learning disability, community physical health and children’s services, to support our communities throughout their lives.
We work with individuals, their carers and our partners to ensure that people get the right care, in the right place with the right support.
Our health care services cover all ages, so if you live in Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale or Craven, you may come into contact with one of our team at some point in your life.
We know that you want your care to be delivered in your own home, or as close to your home as possible, and we are committed to providing high quality community care tailored to your needs.
