This course is designed to equip educators; social workers; foster carers; support workers and community advocates with the knowledge and skills to support the rights and well-being of Black and minority children. Participants will explore topics such as systemic bias; educational equity; navigating legal challenges and providing mentorship and support. Through interactive discussions; case studies and practical exercises - participants will learn strategies to address systemic barriers; promote inclusive practices and advocate effectively for the needs of Black and minority children in various settings. This course empowers professionals to create positive change and champion diversity in their communities.
