About the CPD course

This course is designed to build on skills that were developed in the Mentoring Short course. This module will teach you to mentor in a way that is engaging and motivating and to assist you to improving your teams performance through supportive challenge. It is supported by reading material; quality modules and a bank of tools and powerful questions. The module makes full use of HOPES and DIAL to develop performance and hold people to account. You can undertake this course at a pace that suits you and have access to the programme facilitators whilst you train.
