Broad Horizons is the only center in the region specialising in developmental and relational trauma for children and young people. We focus in working with complex issues such as developmental trauma, complex post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), dissociation and adaptive attachments in children and families where the child is looked after in care or in post-adoption. We pride ourselves on adopting a holistic family approach to our work with children and young people and are inclusive of multi-agency working and being proactive as part of the team around the child and family to provide the best possible outcomes for children, young people and families.
