This workshop looks at the relationship between what a person eats and their mental health. The workshop discusses what can happen when mental health deteriorates and how we can influence our metal health through our diet. The workshop looks at what is now known as the Gut-Brain axis – how what we eat can affect our mood for a variety of reasons. The workshop also breaks down several aspects of diet and how each individual factor can impact our hormone balance and in turn; our mental health.
