This workshop discusses how sleep affects our wellbeing and ability to function effectively in everyday life. The workshop explores the importance of sleep; what functions sleep has and how sleep affects and influences other parts of the body. It looks at simple adjustments in everyday behaviours that will allow us to maximise both the time and quality of our sleep patterns.
