About the CPD course
The Clever Never Goes (Junior) self-study pack provides instructors with guidance to deliver the accompanying in-class lessons and activities for children aged 7 to 11 years-old. The guide covers the rationale behind Clever Never Goes; advice on preparing the learning environment and the central teaching devices including the emoji-go concept and a child safety rule. The materials describe how to deliver the classroom PowerPoint presentation and a series of illustrated child safety practice scenarios so as to maximise childrens engagement with the programme.

Clever Never Goes (Action Against Abduction)
CLEVER NEVER GOES is the new campaign that teaches children how to stay safe from abduction whether they are outside or online. It’s the modern, child-friendly alternative to the out-dated and fundamentally flawed ‘Stranger Danger’ message. Rather than fearing the worst in everyone they don’t know, Clever Never Goes helps children to recognise specific situations that are unsafe and gives them the tools to respond. Our aim is for every primary school child to be taught Clever Never Goes.
