Sometimes saying ‘no’ can be challenging. Sometimes hearing ‘no’ can be distressing. Being assertive and representing yourself is a skill that you can develop; self-advocacy is concerned with learning to speak up for yourself in order to have your needs met. This course is highly interactive and provides learners with the necessary skills and confidence to represent themselves more successfully and to manage communication with others appropriately. This course is offered over two half days via Zoom.
Cloverleaf Connect is the training branch of a Charity, dedicated to supporting vulnerable people to find a voice. Unlike many training providers, our revenue is invested directly back into supporting local communities, advocacy and vital work to support carers.
When you choose to purchase from us, you invest in your own company or your personal and professional development, whilst also making a charitable donation in order that our good work in supporting others can continue.
We aim to deliver exceptional training; all of our trainers are experienced, knowledgeable practitioners in a variety of professional fields and have a flair for engaging learners in participatory learning.
