About the CPD course

Face-to-face course enabling participants to confidently build and maintain their own bicycle by developing the understanding of bicycles styles and parts. This course will develop an understanding of bicycle wheels; bearings; brakes and gear systems. Participants will have opportunities to build and maintain their own bicycle through practical sessions. This course will also ensure that participants have an understanding of the high way code to remain safe when riding within the UK law.
