About the CPD course

The course begins by discussing the different levels of incidents before introducing a number of tools for managing information; building Shared Situational Awareness; Decision making and briefing; before finally highlighting the importance of organisational learning. Delegates get the chance to apply the tools and models throughout the course with group work; scenarios and an immersive table top exercise; which builds as the day progresses. Built around JESIP; the UK standard for interoperability; the course can be tailored to an individual organisations requirements.
