In this 2-day advanced course, you’ll learn about running a content design project from start to finish as a team. The course takes you through a scenario based on a fictional brief. You’ll learn from experienced practising content designers and earn a CDP-accredited certificate.
You should have some experience with user needs and journeys and be familiar with user research. The course will support your project management skills in a role, such as: content designer, UX writer, content manager, communications manager or content strategist.
Content Design London advocates for human-centred design.
We use accessible and inclusive content design (also called UX writing) practices to transform people's experiences of the products and services they use everyday.
We've worked with hundreds of organisations and trained thousands of people to design better content based on the work of our founder, Sarah Winters.
Our course trainers are practising content designers who work across a range of projects and sectors. From pharmaceuticals to local councils, our trainers bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise into leading the course.
