About the CPD course
Stress affects us all; but how can we manage it? This training workshop focuses on helping us understand stress and how it impacts our bodies and brains and resulting effects on our mental and physical health. It looks at how we respond to stress; and helps us identify positive and negative coping strategies; introducing the 5 ways to wellbeing; while practical techniques to reduce stress and build resilience are explored.
