The programme combines practical activities with management theories; models; concepts and techniques that are linked to NHS Trusts vision; values and strategic operational priorities. It has been designed specifically to provide all participants with a firm foundation to be a successful leader by developing individuals and teams. In keeping with best practice training techniques the programme incorporates a number of interlinked blended learning elements such as whole day workshops on Cultural Intelligence; Team Development; Compassionate Leadership; Emotional Intelligence and Change Management.
