About the CPD course
To provide a practical; creative and experiential exploration of building relationships in schools. This training explores the conflict between the needs of different organisations. It focuses on communication; identifying organisational needs and inherent barriers to reach common ground. This course is underpinned by the theoretical principles of Carl Rogers' person-centred approach in terms of communication styles and Tuckman's group dynamics to explore group behaviour and supports participants to find insights; explore different perspectives with their peers and find and commit to practical steps to move forward.
