About the CPD course
Journeys to Inclusion” is an interactive inclusive customer service development programme; including workshops; designed to educate and empower staff in creating the most inclusive; accessible and welcoming environments for all customers; guests; and passengers. Through utilising our proven and leading-edge ‘cwtch’ inclusive service model and approach participants will develop their knowledge empathy and engagement to deliver the highest possible level of inclusive and accessible service.
