Employers are seeing the benefits of an inclusive and diverse team – we provide training to help create an environment where everyone thrives. The training was co-produced by those with lived experience. It also makes use of our experience as a supported employment provider. You will learn what autism and a learning disability is; alongside practical tips to break down barriers and improve communication. Legal requirements; including reasonable adjustments are looked at; as well as financial support from the government. An interactive session with opportunity to reflect and decide how to take the learning forward into the workplace and perhaps beyond!
We support people with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behavior and complex needs. We are a new social enterprise formed from a ground breaking partnership between Dimensions and Somerset County Council, together with people we support, staff, family and carers.
