The programme aims to enhance innovation capability and new product development in digital health by embedding a needs-led innovation mindset. It focuses on integrating technical feasibility with strategic business paths and market demand. Using a "learn by doing" approach; participants apply Biodesign; lean startup; and design thinking methodologies to identify unmet needs; evaluate solutions; and develop business cases. The programme emphasises understanding both the external market environment and internal business strategy to ensure a market-driven rather than technology-driven innovation process.
