About the CPD course
Ideally; all early year’s providers should be able to accommodate the needs of any child with SEND that comes through the door. However; it can only happen if your staff have a positive attitude; relevant knowledge; and appropriate resources; and provide an accessible; differentiated curriculum and environment. This can all be done but it requires knowledge and careful planning; so undertaking these two modules is a great start.
