About the CPD course
The "Emerging Leader" program is a comprehensive workshop designed to equip both aspiring and current leaders in ESNEFT with essential skills and knowledge. It encompasses three key modules: "Leading Self and Systems;" focusing on leadership styles and ethics; "Facilitating Teams and Individuals;" which covers team dynamics; coaching; and mentoring; and "Compassionate Cultures;" emphasizing the creation of empathetic and supportive work environments. Through a blend of theoretical understanding and practical application; these workshops aims to develop effective; compassionate leaders capable of navigating the complex challenges of modern healthcare leadership.
At East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust (ESNEFT) we provide hospital and community health care services for Colchester, Ipswich and local areas. Formed on 1 July 2018, ESNEFT is the largest NHS organisation in the region.
We provide services from Colchester and Ipswich hospitals, Aldeburgh, Clacton, Halstead, Harwich and Felixstowe community hospitals and Bluebird Lodge near Ipswich. We also provide community services in Suffolk.
