EP Climbing as part of its Clip ‘n Climb products provides an Operations and Maintenance document with every installation. This advanced workshop is designed to ensure that the centre owners; operators; managers; supervisors and all other relevant staff have the skills and knowledge to meet the basic requirements of this document both actions and supervisions and recording of actions successfully. The workshop is a practical course which focuses on customer service as well as safety and maintenance to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for customers. Certification is for one year following which annual refresher courses are recommended.
