About the CPD course
All food businesses are legally required that the food they handle; produce or sell is safe for public consumption. To achieve this; companies must implement a food safety management; often abbreviated to the acronym; FSMS. An FSMS is a set of processes and standards tailored to direct and control all aspects of food safety. HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point system. This is an internationally recognised food safety management system that identifies Critical Control Point during food preparation and production that are critical to food safety and implements control to ensure food is safe for consumption.
