About the CPD course

Health is a physical and mental state of well-being. We are all different: so your health is what is normal for you. Health is: in essence: freedom from feeling ill. Physical health aside: mental health relates to a persons psychological and emotional well-being. One in four people experience some form of mental health issue over the course of a year. They may experience mental health issues to varying degrees. We all have a personal and moral responsibility to look after our own well-being as well as the well-being of those we care about.
