About the CPD course
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) stated that - in 2014/15 - 440,000 people in the UK reported a work-related stress that was at such a level it was making them ill. That’s around 40% of all work-related illnesses. Change can often lead to uncertainty and high levels of stress; and the NHS is constantly changing. So effective communication is paramount for successfully navigating change; and for preparing ourselves to deal with stressful situations. Delegates will leave this course with: an increased knowledge of the change process; and a sharper awareness of the importance of successful communication.
