About the CPD course

In this introduction to mind-sets the candidates will develop a knowledge of fixed and growth mind-sets and begin to reflect on their own mind-set triggers It is important that as facilitators of learning our candidates become more mindset aware personally to be able to role model and become aware of the mindset of the children they teach and colleagues they work with They will also be introduced to our 5 learning blocks (self-belief effort challenge feedback mistakes) to which our mindset underpins and our progress is determined This experience will be reflective informative engaging interactive hands-on and FUN.
