About the CPD course

This course offers a comprehensive introduction to key aspects of clinical research; covering six essential modules: Introduction to Clinical Research; Introduction to Biostatistics; Critical Appraisal; Systematic Review; Observational Studies; and Scientific Writing. Each module is designed to equip participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for conducting and analysing research in a clinical setting. Through a combination of lectures; hands-on exercises; and case studies; participants will learn to design studies; critically appraise research; perform statistical analyses; and effectively communicate their findings in scientific writing.
