This Cellar Management course will ensure that all employees working in any establishment with a bar have the appropriate knowledge needed to properly store; prepare and pour cask ales and keg beers. The course will develop an understanding of the types and styles of beers available; provide and understanding of why cellar management is important; teach learners how to safely accept and store beer deliveries and instruct on how to carry out routine cleaning to ensure the bar; glasses and cellar maintain high hygiene standards.
