About the CPD course

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training is a program designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills to provide initial support to someone experiencing a mental health crisis or struggling with their emotional well-being. Participants learn to recognize signs of common mental health issues; offer empathetic listening; and guide individuals toward appropriate professional help. MHFA aims to reduce stigma surrounding mental health and promote early intervention; ultimately fostering a more supportive and understanding community.
