Aimed at Engineers; Estates Management Teams and senior members of healthcare engineering. We will provide an overview of the relevant legislation from a theoretical sense as well as providing the practical demonstrations in our onsite UCV theatre. It will be highlighted the importance of good theatre design and the effects of ancillary rooms within the OR. We will cover in depth Air Velocity Measurement readings and the criteria to be achieved; DOP filter integrity tests on H14 filters; prove non entrainment and demonstrate how UCV works within a pressurised OR.
