Embrace Conflict

Remember Muhammad Ali? Of course you do. He was famous for fighting; and could float like a butterfly and sting like a bee. Some say he was the greatest boxer that ever lived. In fact; he said he was the greatest. And you wouldn’t have argued with him now; would you? Of course not. When he stepped into a boxing ring; Ali was ready to take on the world and win. Learning to embrace conflict can be a good thing and; unlike in boxing; there doesn’t have to be just 1 winner. Sometimes; it actually takes more energy to ignore an issue than face it head on. And; while conflict might feel like something uncomfortable that you want to avoid; it can actually be the thing that sparks creativity; trust; and positive change.
