iGaming Academy’s ‘Key Function Training: A Blended Approach’ course will provide an overview of the Gambling regulatory framework in Malta as well as operators’ requirements under the MGA Policy on the Eligibility and Ongoing Competency Criteria for Key Persons. It will further focus on all the important aspects of gambling compliance for B2B and B2C licensees; such as risk management; AML/CTF measures; customer due diligence legal requirements; player protection responsibilities; reporting obligations and the reportable key events; as well as internal and external policies and procedures.
