About the CPD course
Psychological Safety exists when someone feels safe to speak up without fear of repercussion or humiliation. It makes people feel that they are accepted and respected within their organisation and free to express their concerns; question practices and admit mistakes. Gaining a better awareness and understanding of psychological safety will help managers to avoid the detrimental effects of low psychological safety; such as stress; dissatisfaction; and lack of communication. Using a combination of latest research and relevant case studies this training is designed to help managers learn how to foster a culture of participation and encourage engagement and team learning.
