An Introduction to Cleaning Sales provides two keys areas of leaning and is aimed at those new to the cleaning industry; or wanting to crossover departments; or wanting to reaffirm their existing knowledge and fill any skills/knowledge gaps. The first module delves into the world of commercial cleaning; providing insight/background knowledge of the industry and the mechanics of how a cleaning business works. The second module covers the entire sales life cycle; from how opportunities can be created and qualified; maximising site survey visits; calculating cleaning time; creating staffing structures; key industry terminology; types of machinery; upselling; presentations skills.
