About the CPD course

The course is for those looking to increase their awareness and understanding of the importance of professional curiosity when working with children; individuals and families. Learners explore the need to remain curious; the challenges of this and the possible impact this can have on multi agency working and decision making. The one-day programme will support participants to develop the skills and confidence to enhance their professional curiosity and benefits of doing so.

Interface Enterprises

Interface is a national provider of specialist support, evaluation, training, information and resources for those working to transform the lives of vulnerable children, individuals and families. Interface was initially established in March 2010, by members of the former Families Delivery Team, Families at Risk Division at the Department for Education (DfE). We have been joined by associates with experience of implementing improvement programmes across local authorities (LAs), the voluntary and community sector, schools, early years and children’s social care.
