About the CPD course
The course is for those wanting to increase their knowledge and understanding of how to support staff working with vulnerable individuals and families and increase their confidence in providing good quality reflective supervision. Learners explore the need for high quality supervision and develop their knowledge of critical thinking and reflective practice. We explore how to create safe; challenging coma analytical supervision whilst ensuring staff well-being and increasing resilience. The two-day programme will support participants to develop the necessary skills and confidence to provide reflective supervision to staff within their service/team.

Interface is a national provider of specialist support, evaluation, training, information and resources for those working to transform the lives of vulnerable children, individuals and families. Interface was initially established in March 2010, by members of the former Families Delivery Team, Families at Risk Division at the Department for Education (DfE). We have been joined by associates with experience of implementing improvement programmes across local authorities (LAs), the voluntary and community sector, schools, early years and children’s social care.
