About the CPD course
Our IFoEC Educator Level 1 course is a modular course that aims to provide you with a basic understanding of the esports industry; from its current challenges to its key stakeholders; as well as practical information that will help you establish an esports club or programme. Essentially; this course will equip you with the essential knowledge to act if you're asked by your school or college to set-up an esports team; club or programme. Ultimately; our aim is that this course informs and inspires educators to embrace esports and provide empowering experiences to their students.

International Federation of Esports Coaches (IFoEC)
The IFoEC was founded in 2019 based on two core beliefs that still stand today. The first is that coaches and team staff all have an important role in protecting the health, well-being and rights of children, young people and vulnerable adults involved in gaming and esports. The second is that research-informed training and access to a community of peers can help coaches and team staff impact far more than just the competitive success of their players.
These beliefs continue to drive our work in safeguarding, education and research.
