About the CPD course

In this certificate course; students will discover how to brew perfect coffee; how to find work as a barista and ways of engaging with customers. The course has been compiled by champion barista Mikael Jasin who has poured his vast experience into this course. The course contains what equipment is found in a coffee shop and how to use it as well as making different coffees from flat whites to lattes. Students will know how to create latte art and know the secrets to great customer care; such as how to remember complicated orders during rush hour.
